Looks good, but...

Steering wheel not correct for the year. Probably changed the whole steering box. Why?
4 speeds? Something is wrong
Instrument panel corresponds to a much later year.
Missing original center panel.
40,000 miles? Very difficult...

The seller is not disclosing all the history.
