I bought my 76 from this business in negotiations after the auction and as it turned out the truck had lots of issues. In the future, if I buy online or long distance, I will always either hire somebody to look at the truck or go see it myself. That said, I recently wrote to him (or "them" because it looks like multiple people are on the same email address) and the CEO acknowledged a moral responsibility to help "make it right". He offered to do more than I requested which is unusual these days. I acknowledge part of the responsibility is mine for not being as diligent as I should have.
He really seem intent on ensuring I am satisfied. I just though I'd throw this out there.....
