I am interested in finding out what front diff these came with and are there any maufacturers that make locking diferentials for them?

the stock C200 front and rear end does not except a locker...nor does any company make one for it anywhere. The H260 heavy duty rear diff will take a detroit locker but these are not found in the USA. You have 2 choices if you must have a locker. Weld it up for locked all the time or swap it out. Unfortunately these are your only options for a locker in either the front or rear diffs.
