You will have to fabricate the lower radiator hose with heater core hose in it. Just get a regular radiator hose to fit, cut it near the same location your old hose had the heater hose coming out, and insert a piece of exhaust tube that is the same diameter as the inside diameter of your rad. hose. Drill a hole in the pipe you placed between the two pieces of radiator hose and weld a nipple that fits your heater hose size. It is more or less a home made "T" to tap into the lower radiator hose. If you need a picture, drop me an e-mail, I would be glad to help. David Collins Hood Canal Communications

The radiator hose I purchased at Advance Auto Parts, 70623CS (they let me browse through the inventory and I picked this one 1-3/4" i.d.) and cut to length. For the T connector/diverter from the radiator hose to the heater, I used a combination of copper Tees and reducers. I even used the epoxy stuff instead of welding, and it's been working great for 6 months by now. I can send you a couple of photos that shows the adaptor and the hose in place. Esteban

What a great find. I'm fighting the exact same problem today. I found a hose that fits but couldn't figure out how to make the heater hose connection. You guys have some good ideas. Would appreciate pictures of your fixes. joel.suty@att.net
