L28 petrol engines?

Hi to all,   I'm from OZ (Australia), not the place with the Wizzard! I was wondering if anyone could tell me which are the usual combinations of head & block castings for the L28 petrol engine in the MQ Patrol.    Is it one of the following;   Head N42/ Block F54 Head N42/ Block N42 Head N47/ Block F54 Head N47/ Block N42 Head P79 / Block F54 Head P79 / Block N42 Head P90 / Block F54 Head P90 / Block N42 Head P90a/ Block F54 Head P90a/ Block N42   Or are the combinations more likely to occur in OZ only?   I understand that these are combinations which did crop up in some Nissan/Datsun sedans and coupes with 2.8Ltr engines.   Is it true that the F54 is a better block than N42?   Which is the better head or is there little or no difference at all?
