Very nice. I love the old gas station. The barn shot with the sketch filter is calendar quality.

I love the color of that Patrol. Hounds are allways ready to go Boskie. Just got to get dad to finish the hitch.

Re: Sierra Patrol's 1967
Couple more photo's.
I have a slight mis after today drive, it had been sitting for 5 years, they cleaned the plugs and put some new gas in it and rebuilt the carb. I think I will pull the plugs in the morning and see what they look like, I put some lead additive in the fuel last fill up for the valves. I also have some exhaust leaks I think one or two at the manifold, Does anybody have any photos of the stock exhaust system routing or a thread link?

And you can look in the Brochures and find the post with the '65 brochures. This one: 1965_Datsun_Patrol_brochure_lhd.pdf has a picture of the underside of the Patrol showing the exhaust.
More great pictures!

Your exhaust looks close to stock at a glance. What tires are those you are running?

Tires are old school and ready to pop due to weather cracks Sears Roadhandler 235-75-R15's. I would like to run a skinny tall BFG KM2miksum56 wrote:Your exhaust looks close to stock at a glance. What tires are those you are running?

Re: Sierra Patrol's 1967
So I have decided to do a quick tear down and restore this winter, since its a complete runner. This will make it easy, just take lots of photos, tear down repaint and assemble. I have a paint booth at my shop, so I know what I'm in for.
It's snowing here and just decided I want this thing like new for car shows and events this spring, so I need to have it done by May. Plan is make it nicer then that blue one that sold in Idaho.
