Danette & Keith in Elkhart

Post by PatrolEnvy »

I'm looking for a good, original Patrol in my general area (NW Ohio) to shoot for my "Backwards Glances" classic 4x4 column in Four Wheeler magazine. Leslie has been helping me alot but I wonder if Danette & Keith are members here or if anyone knows them? They are listed in the registry as having a '69 and being in Elkhart Indiana.. which is within my economical travel distance limit. If anyone knows if their '69 is a nice looking, original rig and can put me in touch with Danette & Keith, I'd appreciate your PMing me.

OR, if you have a nice original Patrol 60 within a coupla hundred miles of NW Ohio, by all means PM me if you'd like to be featured in Four Wheeler.

This is very interesting. A classic story....
,,,,we need to find Brad. He lives in Ohio and has....what....5 Patrols? One of them is MadTrippers old Mystery Patrol with the rare and ubercool and useful tailgate! He was really putting a lot of steam into them but dropped off. Just a thought.

Keith disappeared from the forums a few years ago. Haven't heard a word from him since. Don't know what happened to Brad, either. Maybe Madtripper could reach out to Brad?

I tried a while back but as Phil Collins would say..."No reply at all..."

And a belated welcome to 60Patrol! :text-welcomeconfetti: Make yourself at home and enjoy a few pictures and brochures. :D

How exciting that you are going to be including our beloved Patrols in some modern magazine articles. We love the exposure!

Thanks for the info, folks. I had a funny thought this morning that trying to find a good Patrol to shoot, under the restrictions that I have to apply, is a lot like what photographers went thru trying to get pictures of the elusive Greta Garbo back in the day.

Ok Garbo... off with the hat and the sunglasses!
