I found it deep in the inter-webs... attached to a random forum post on some Roy Rogers fan site...

So , I imagine that the B&W photo above is another one from that same photo-shoot, and it's probably the same green Patrol...
In fact, I'm willing to bet that it's the same Patrol- Look at the mud line on the tires, and the orientation of the rearview mirror and windshield wipers...

Cool! Looks like it was from a magazine. I like that it states "All SAE fittings."
