I was wrong, apologies,  its at $6522 and nearly done.  You know a 6K offer would have taken this (Maryland patrol) this weekend (insider info - but I did say obo).  So let's review the bidding.  AZ Patrol - Cracked windshield, not running well, sight unseen, spay painted interior, fuel cell, hacked dash, plywood seats, alternator.  Positives - soft top, big wheels.  Well I guess the soft top is a big seller, and the big whells are muy macho.  This is a weird business, guys and ebay seems the way to go, as much as I dislike it.  I still will wait awhile before making such a decision to put the 67 original patrol on ebay.

If you do, list it as a Toyota Land Cruiser. The above mentioned listing and the listing for the '66 Patrol are both listed that way. Pretty smart, I think. It attracts the Land Cruiser crowd who think Patrols are cool and are used to seeing Land Cruisers go for really big bucks - $25,000 and better. I think that's about the only reason the AZ Patrol is getting so much. That's a first for a Patrol on Ebay in many years.   And your first post was correct, the Patrol was up to $6999, then suddenly dropped back down. I think the bidder probably retracted his bid.

I have updated photos in the pictures section for Maryland Patrol.  Included are pictures of the engine and of the interior, showing the dash layout and the plastic mats.  Enjoy!
