I've been eyeing it off for some time now. The original price was fair for this ute but just too much for me to justify spending at this time.
It then appeared with a no reserve on eBay. It had a lot of bids early, 17 up to $250 or something like that so I put a low bid in to suss out the competition. I was the high bidder until a few hours before, then I put one last bid on it and I got it. Very happy with the price.

I havnt picked it up yet, so more photos to follow.

Yes I got the 64 couple of weeks ago. It's like a real life model kit, literally in a million pieces!!! Lol but that's ok as I have no immediate plans for it it will store easily that way

Went on a little road trip yesterday to collect the ute.

Turns out its Jan 1977. Its almost nearly all there which is nice. Its got the jack and handle and what I believe to be an extention for the spare tyre winch.. RP does Hanji have one? I need to get a pic.

The front springs have sagged that much they're nearly inverted Its the trophy truck look







I love the look! I can imagine a rocking up to car shows with a rusty 1970's dirt bike in the back and pissing off the hot rodders





The dash isnt cut up which is a bonus, probably the most unmolested dash I've seen in a 60 so far..



Side steps are there but pretty mashed..



This P engine is oilier than some diesels!



OJ had a late 70's style tow hoop on the back, this has the beefy early hook.. very cool My Nissan

This has to be the best Decal Scheme i have seen on a 60, I've noticed all the G60 decal styles are never the same type, some types are very similar though.

That is one sweet machine... you owe it to that one to let it keep its personality... great plan.

Clean it up, get the brakes, drivetrain and electrical all sorted out and in perfect working order, throw on a set of tires, and then drive the piss out of it.

How is the frame? Some of that rust looks kind of deep - is there still plenty of beef underneath it?

Myself and Jawa were talking about it when i visited his farm, the Crank handle he had, he said was for the Spare Wheel, I said it was for the crank, so we tried both and it fitted both the Crank and Winch on his.
