yup, my green Patrol had the same issue after I put it all back together- I re-used the same shims on the MC that were already there, and yet the brakes would steadily build more and more pressure, but it would never bleed back off unless you opened a bleeder on one of the wheels...
It turned out the piston rod on the master wasn't original, and was nearly 1/2 inch longer than the correct one, so I had to cut it and re-grind the end get the geometry and end gap correct...

I am going to offer a word of caution (take it or leave it
) ; but keep a watchful eye on those long rear shackles... The angle on them increases the risk of "shackle inversion", which is when the movement of the rear springs force the shackles to fold
forward instead of
rearward when the spring is compressing... this will cause a lot of extra strain on the spring and can result in broken leaves.

Thanks moore_rb that's a good point , the lift on this truck is definitely NOT for off roading its just for looks , i will be changing the leafs for a safer ride and better suspension.
