Hi guys I grabbed a couple of cans of VHT Old Chrysler blue looks a little lighter but it hasn't dried yet is that the closest Vht color ?

Why did you paint blue ? When your correct colour is green ?

Good topic steve but my blocks always been blue and a green rocker cover, do you mean seafoam green, cause I think 64 was the last year or seafoam green?

1966 was the year that some Patrols had seafoam green engines and 2-piece doors with recessed door handles (like my early 66 from Texas, and Pfohl's 66 from New Mexico), while the later 66's had the newer style doors and handles, and blue engines (like Leslie's Togo)

Mike's 66 has the later-style 66 one-piece side doors with the newer handles (like Togo) - So I would think that the blue engine is correct for his truck :think: JMHO
