Justin, it is a sad story. So far, I have been able to retrieve the parts the paint & body shop removed...more or less...we still don't know what they simply lost. But all the spare parts and refinished dash gauges still reside within BAM's shop in Alpine, TX. He "forget" to send them. For now I don't want to speculate on why he forgot to include them but we have already paid him in full. I will say he completely "made up" a new invoice today for charges that have never existed.

As far as the nuts, bolts and hundreds of other small items from the paint process they were delivered in 5 gallon buckets......with about 6" of water in the bottom.

We are not neophytes at this. We checked out BAM though friends in the area. They said he was slow but knew what he was doing, which is true in both cases. I think in our case he went beyond his core strength then got strung out by his sub, the paint & body shop in OJ MX due to a serious illness. Once we smelled a rat and asked him to take us to the shop the story about the illness developed. Then BAM had no interest in making it right in any way.

Patrolling in a big pothole,

So sad and mad to read all these.
Hope you can sort this out and take the Patrol to responsible people.
