I especially like the "incredible hulk" green paint. I too would love to see the whole thing. Would be pretty cool to see a wrecker Patrol with Dually tires in back - If yours doesn't have them, maybe you could make a modification?

Finally got around to doing some work these past days.Took the wrecking boom off the tray with much headache. Eight bolts came off with a cutting wheel but the last two were inaccessible by the grinder so had to soak in wd40 for three days then try the spanner with pipe for leverage and yup it worked.Used the chain block and off with the boom.

On removing the wrecking boom I noticed substantial rust and corrosion beneath the surface of the boom on the tray. This is in need of repair or replacement . Further inspection of the chassis showed some rusting and has made me consider the direction of the build entirely.

Although I bought this with the intention of returning it to its former wrecking days glory it looks like a lot of work needs to be done to have the tray ,chassis and boom safely restored for wrecking usage. However I believe that it can be safely used as a normal pick-up with no worries and well this seems like the direction I'll have to take the build until I can safely bring it back up to wrecking standard. Sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to seeing the PATOW guess it's the Pick up troll now

Decided on using wood to re-sheet the tray floor it is cut to size and will be bolted to floor. Before it's bolted it's going to be water proof coated with the same coating as the rest of the body of the Pick up making it that much more durable. Should have this complete within the next couple of days so look out for pics I'll post as I move along with the build.
