Snap a pic of your front and rear shackle angles. Working with my local shop, I ended up removing 2 leaves from each pack and going with a longer shackle in back to restore stance. I will take and post measurements and pictures tonight for all. Now I am very happy with the ride however I do have only 3 inches of clearance on my uncut rear wheel wells. My current set up does have the tires sticking further than I would like outside -- a custom set of wheels is in my future to adjust backspacing to get the tires inside the wheel well.
FWIW, I did call Bill in January and he insisted that my springs were made to the recipe in his book and the issues I had were all on me. YMMV.

Re: Rear leaf springs (Alcan)
Sorry it has taken me so long - I have been battling vapor lock issues (solved, I think) and now a vacuum leak (my fault . . .) -- the joys of a hotrodded Patrol carrying an oversized engine.
Okay, here are some pics of how the rear is sitting - I did have my shop add back in one of the two leaves I had removed in January and the ride is perfect (had two adults in back last night and no rubbing or bottoming out issues on bumpy urban streets).

Re: Rear leaf springs (Alcan)
Thanks Kirk,
Those seem to fit properly with the correct angle on the shackles. Glad you got yours all sorted out. I got my second new set the other day and Alcan messed up on the attachment ends and didn't taper them down like they are supposed to be so that they fit in the mounts. Waiting on a call back from Bill now. We shall see what he is going to do about that.
