I would like to have the cad files. Your work is impressive. I don't have a solution unfortunately, but will like to have them. I will send you a PM. Thanks.Mattbob53 wrote:Having issues getting the numbers done. I'd be more than happy to send the cad files to anyone that wants them or thinks they have a solution.

Re: Gauges
So the plan of attack was to creat a dry rub transfer. Two of the company's said they could not print that small. There are a few places in town that I'm going to try but I haven't had time

Re: Gauges
Oh. OK. As mentioned vinyl lettering won't work ad the letters would be too small. I think a better way to go would be to get the a full decal made. Use polycarbonate sheet to first print white letters and then with black on the entire surface. Note this would be done on the back side. This can be cut to size. Use 3M adhesive on the back after Printing to stick the decal onto the surface. Most commercial printers who do decals will be able to do this for you.

Re: Gauges
When I get back to work on the gauges I'll give it a shot. I cut the glass this weekend and found out it's a little harder than I thought. I got about 5 circles out of entire 12 by 48 inch sheet.. I'm good with metal not glass 8)

It looks as if you need to rotate a little bit the background plate, so everything is ok.Mattbob53 wrote:Damit just noticed f and e are off 8)
