Sad to report that the springs as they are right now are rough as hell and modifications will be needed. I do not plan a ton of off road abuse to my rig - more mud than anything else where I will be driving. All said, the lift is great but the ride is terrible. I will be calling the folks out at Alcan for suggestions.

Just got Oso back and we ended up removing a leaf from each spring. This has made a WORLD of difference in ride quality. We did need to go with a long shackle on the rear to provide more lift and restore the stance. I will post updated pics in my Oso thread.

CCV5 is coming together.

Finally sitting on its own axles and correct capacity gas tank is in and plumbed. Please look past the rust.
Ron supplied the shackles and replacement tank & skid plate. Brake lines are coming, braided SS if I recall.

Not sure how I'm going to get this sand blasted after the build but this isn't my first fire...Ready...Aim war. Body panels are next.

Here a few pictures from Rafael. He is now rebuilding the front axle and both drive shafts. Actually, we are rebuilding the front and making a new rear shaft and joints.
