So the sleeves in the rubber bushings are a little long, so I trimmed the rubber back and trimmed the sleeves. The fixed bushings have grease groves and are the right size. Taking out the bastard pack should improve the ride. Sawsall is your friend taking the old springs off. Waiting on supplies to make all new hard lines for the brakes. The soft lines, 2 were off the shelf, 2 are custom. Then I will be ready to put this back in and move to the rear

on finding the rubber flex lines! I wound up using standard length SS flex lines as I couldn't get anybody local to touch the rubber lines and the only recommendation from any of them wanted $60 per hose to make custom hoses. Hope you didn't have to pay that!

But I did get the front axle plumbed. I looked for some shielded brake line material, but ended up making my own.

So they are still killing me at work, but I do get a few minutes here and there. Got the front end back under the Patrol this weekend. Seems I spend as much or more time sourcing parts as working on it. Waiting on the shocks, steering buffer, and sway bar end links. The Deaver springs are so much nicer then the home made packs that were in it. Sits like this now with 10 minutes of jumping on the frame horns, should settle a little more. Off to the rear next.

Did you change the rubber mounts for the sway bar? And let us know what will you be using for the sway bar links.

Looks great with all the new parts and paint.
