The wheels should be body color.

The wheels I have seen here in the states have been body color but I have noticed shots of them otherwise.

Well, you can always confuse the matter by looking at brochures from other years and other countries. The '66 US brochure shows body color, which is the closest brochure to his '67 I can find.

I have never seen a '67 brochure. There were no changes from '66 to '67. Up until '66 at least the softies had the wheels painted body color. In '68 they started painting the wheels silver.
