Regarding the studs, this is from another thread about lug size:
zed wrote:So far I have determined:
1/2”x20 fine thread
5/8” length
13/16” hex

I do not have an original lug wrench, so can someone please confirm the 13/16” hex dimension?
Thanks,
Keith
Lug nut wrench size is correct as well.

grease zerks are cheap.. they sell boxes of them at the local auto parts store in all configurations (straight, 45 degree, 90 degree)

just unscrew the "stuck" ones, and screw in the new one, and grease away...

Can some one tell me if there is a seperate fill plug or hole for each the transmision and transfer case? One fill and drain for each or one for both? Looking at the service guide is a little vague. Also what is the Hole with the pull in the floor board where the shifters are? Is the a dip stick for trans oil? Forgive my ignorance here.

They both have separate drain and fill plugs. The plug with the pull handle is the fill for the transmission, and it acts as a dipstick too. It screws in to the trans.

The transfer you fill until it starts coming out the hole. The transmission you fill until it reads full on the dipstick. It is going to take over a gallon of oil for both. Here is a chart that lists capacities and other good stuff: http://www.60patrol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1933
