Jeff-
that brake reservoir part number from rockauto is actually an ENTIRE master cylinder assembly that fits the Patrol (minus the brake sensor fitting):
Centric CE 130.42300
Justin Green gets a gold star for that find.

Well if I remember correctly it's only a 7/8" or 3/4" not a 1" MC. I'm not sure if it will bolt right up as I haven't tried that yet. But the reservoir will come right off it and fit on the stock MC perfectly. Just FYI.

In looking at online data at several web sites, the Centric 130.42300 is a 3/4" bore. That info is now reflected on the new parts listing shown here. At least the reservoir fits the stock assembly
