More progress this week all the panels going back on before it hits the spray booth early next week.

Should be with the painter for about a week then back home where the fun will start

Some progress shots have installed all the rubber between front grill and fenders, front lights, rear number plate +light and all the wiper gear.

Went for a spin a couple of times around the block this morning first drive since 24th May 09 went really well no doors or front windscreen so it was a little windy

got a new windscreen put in yesterday now its legal with rego sticker attached ready for some fine weather wheeling hope swerve will join me on Australia Day next week for a small trip

a lot of other small parts put back on and we used a kitchen exhaust fan pipe for a new heater intake looks the part and works well and a new chrome exhaust tip for some extra bling.

Small Update

Rear step I got from Swerve has been all fixed up and bolted on now need to work out how the tow bar fits in??




Started stripping the canopy before the patching and trial fit

Only a small update this time used some vinyl paint to do the floor mats and sun visors

Work on the canopy continues, have made up the new roof from four Zincalume sheets in a lid shape to add some strength also some new sides bent up to replace the rusted ones
