I just thought of something.....what if you sold the current Jeep and picked up a Scrambler? Then maybe you wouldn't need to stretch the frame??? Just a thought.

Hi Justin, that probably would work great. The only problem is around here they are hard to find, if you do find one the owner doesnt want to let it go, or they are very pricey.jwgreen wrote:Ron,

I gotta say, this is an awesome idea! My first thought was to turn patrol cab into a 4 door crew cab and then implant it on a 85 Toyota Xtra Cab and then bob the bed down to fit.

We finished sand blasting all of the front fenders today. We have 2 sets. 1 set needs a lot of work and the other set isnt too bad. I have 2 left front fenders and 4 right front fenders, and the left fenders are ok but all of the right fenders are rusted at the fresh air vent.
i will post some pics of the process to repair the rusted section of the vent when i start.
