Fabricated side steps

Hey Ron, I got the side steps yesterday, just opened them today. Those are freakin' awesome!

Thanks a bundle. It will be hard to decide which Patrol to put them on; they're almost too nice to put on a beater.

Got the striker plate too - Thanks!

This is just the passenger side. I will do more but the work of preparing ( I determined these are 5/16 x 24 thread ) the frame/mount holes on the Patrol is .... laborious but well worth it.
They are very useful and with them on you can see the advantages of getting in and exiting....oh and not burn your foot on the exhaust.

No shimming. The bolt holes I drilled needed to be oversized to align easier. Dirt packed into frame holes, rust and a couple broken bolts drilled and tapped were the hurdles.

HE HE on its way, should I bring it to kernville and and meet you half way? How far are you from there? Should I just send it UPS? Either way is good for me, but I would like to meet you sometime.

I see....178 from the 14....just south of Indian Wells.
Pretty hot mid July down low!!! I'll run that by but we might be in Oregon.
