Here are the part numbers for the seals and roller bearings to rebuild the PTO. I was able to purchase these through Purvis Bearings / Industries. There is also two cage needle bearings inside the PTO that I did not need to replace so I did not research them.

I would love to give you that tidbit of info but I just don't remember exactly. When you take it apart or maybe just pull the little covers off the sides, you will see the difference between the two. One has fewer larger ball bearings and the other has more smaller ball bearings. Sorry I couldn't be of more help here.
