Speedo Cable Equivalent?

Really old stuff that got saved. Here are the old Nissan Patrol Club America messages from the 'General' category. Warning, it's dusty in here!

Speedo Cable Equivalent?

Post by npca-jester »

Anyone know of an equivalent for the speedometer cable on a '69? Mine's busted, and the local Nissan dealer says (of course) that it's no longer available.I did manage to get the part number from the dealer, though, just for fun: it's 1820065200. Not sure what that buys me, but what the hey...In any case, if anyone is parting out a Patrol and has an intact one, let me know.o

Try a speedo shop. Im sure they can make you one. Make sure you take your old cable in with you. I your town does not have one. I now they have one in Sacramento, CA not sure of the name and I usto see one all the time when I lived in Costa Mesa, CA. Good Luck
