PART NEEDED: Engine Block Thermostat Housing

Not sure if that is what it is called, but basically it is that little u-turn piece that bolts onto the front of the engine block, and the thermostat rests in. Not the cap that you usually remove to replace the thermostat, but the base portion that bolts onto the engine block. If anyone has the part number for that, or one for sale please contact me at grantsenn@yahoo.com. Grant

Grant, Most of the chain auto parts stores sell several after-market water outlets/ thermostat housings.  Just measure the mounting bolt spacing and go see which version they sell that will fit and has the proper hose outlet. (diameter and direction) A lot of these parts are chrome. Once you have the right housing, buy a thermostat that fits that housing.
