So many people don't even realize what these are and what they are for! They do a great job of keeping the front doors from swinging too far open and leaving dents in front of the door hinges. Just last week I was digging through some old parts and found 2 broken ones; had to remove the last working one from a parts truck. They tend to break at the eyelet that goes over the post on the door, then they just fall off and are lost forever.

I recognize that picture on the bottom ... I seem to remember getting a face full of dirt when I put the stop on to take this picture. Boy the bottom of my 69 Dark green Patrol sure looks dirty compared to the top....
