In my small town you eventually know the truth about everything and luckily I was made aware of this before being too callus. These real life things do happen unfortunately but weird how so much good has come out of being "stuck" with a Nissan Patrol. I have three now. 
I have a 62 softy, 65 hard top, and my first and runner 67 hard top. I'm a total copycat with conviction that I did everything first so just remember that I was the first to tell you. I love to tinker and have been a furniture maker and finish carpenter thus far. I love old cars and stuff and this seems to be my first venture into mechanics.
I live in the Eastern Sierra California next to the Nevada border. Big jagged mountains, like Mt. Witney 14,000 ft+, so being a climber since '84 and now equally loving back country skiing goes hand in hand. My wife and I have 2- Vizsla fur children and one cat that thinks its a Vizsla.
