Axles.
Engines
Transmission.
Transfere case.
Etc....

It really depends on demand. Engines and transaxles are surprisingly pretty worthless. I had some I couldn't give away. I think the biggest problem is transportation - the shipping costs can be very expensive. Axles are a pretty popular item, but not the entire diff.
Other smaller parts value depend on rarity and condition. Like glass brake lights can be very expensive, but glass front turn signals not so much.

looking at spare parts, trying to figure out what the other person has in value. Engine, one running one for rebuild, complete set of axle assemblies transmission, transfer, misc other parts
