Handcranks for sale

Post by bosque »

Fits Patrols L60/G60 and Land Rover 4 & 6 cylinders Series 2, 2A, & 3. Tight bends on the corners like a Land Rover style crank.

Patrol style and fits old Land Rovers but has the angled section and swept bends like a Patrol style crank.

I made these. These are $35 each + shipping using UPS.
Just an example: UPS shipped to Co for about $20 and to Va for about $30 from Ca.
I will see if there is interest on ebay soon. Price is subject to change.

Cool! 8-)

Will it fit in the rubber storage clips, in the intended storage location?

Yep.
I did not know about the placement under the back side seat. It did fit my '65 1/2 behind the front seat and the 7/8" and 3/4" stock fit the rubber doohitchy.
I have been searching youtube vids of hand starting Land Rovers, lots of them but liked this guys kick start style.

is so nice. Chime in Gibbo when you have a chance.
Thanks Tim. They seem so simple but to get it right was not a walk in the park.
I'll try to get some shots today of them in position. I have those brackets with rubbers mounted to the tub wall and to the front of the seat box on the 65.?

Swerve has mentioned this before but for those people with bullbars you need one thats 6" longer in the mid section.

Tim,
I'm guessing you mean the long section?...to clear the extended frontend? Good point too.
I already made the handle and long section longer but can make them any size needed. I can see from the shots here that the length can be extended half foot easy.
Patrol copy...but this one is 7/8" stock.
Image

This is the Land Rover style that fits Patrols perfectly with the extended mid section. LR cranks have only a 6" throw/mid section and Patrols are 8-9" mid section, bigger and easier to work. 3/4" stock.

SP,
Whenever you need them they are here and paypal works best. Combine both to ship cheaper.
We need an update on your rig. Better crank that heater and get that thing rollin, you got 4 months till June and our Patrollers rendevous!
POR-15 frame and toss that motor back on.
