My "68" could be a 69!!
I took a few pictures of the VIN plate attached to the driver's door jamb. It appears my 68 is really a 69 model. The mfg date on the plate is 3-1969.

No "could be" about it. The rectangular front parking lights were the first clue that your Patrol is what we call a 'true' '69. The '69 Patrol sold in the US was the only Patrol to ever have the rectangular front parking lights. The steering wheel changed then also, went to a single motor wiper, integrated wiper washer switch, two speed wipers and a few other changes.
Now all I need is a picture of the engine number and the frame number and I can add your Patrol to the Registry!

Beyond any hope for intervention
