Looks like it was buried for years. Like the winch and bumper and not much more...

A skinny little drive shaft (Pto) power take off to run off engine i think. If so its the only value that I see here besides rebuildable running gear. My 2 cents

It almost look like a homemade electric. I've seen/had a pto winch. After staring at it for a while it almost looks like a boat winch with an electric motor attached???

Oh I smell what your stepping in Norville. I thought that was the cable spool. I have no winch experiance! :doh:
