Re: Here is another one in Texas
Oh man....
I hope no one else on 60Patrol is planning to bid on this one-
I'm planning to go for it if the bid not go too high- it's only 6 hours from my house.
I'm hoping that the fact that the brakes are shot and that is barely runs will scare folks off
Lots of "non original" stuff going on with this one- the front is lifted with a spring over axle, and the rear has booster coil springs. It would have to totally come apart to see if everything was engineering correctly.
I like the PTO winch and the fact that is has a complete hard top and doors....
Good "bones"
Just out of curiosity... what does everyone think it's worth? I want to see if the "max bid" in my head matches up with the Patrol community's consensus

Good luck with that!
It's always hard to gauge what a Patrol is worth. The PTO and winch are worth an easy grand, so use that as a base and go from there.
Beyond any hope for intervention

Good luck Robert! Those rear coil springs look like they are just sitting in there
As RP said, money is in the PTO, hard to judge what the rest is like but it looks kinda neat. That age old saying, its worth what someone will pay

Looks like a lot of surface rust on the top hopefully it will clean up, if that is also what you are after. Did you notice the two dome lights? They one looks like it still has the lens.
Happy bidding

I've got to figure out how to sneak out, drive 7 hrs to Texas, tow this back, and roll it into my garage without her noticing.
