Won't run? Engine, cooling system, fuel pump, carb, clutch, tranny, brakes, etc. The old messages from the NPCA 'Engine & Mechanical' category are here.

freeing siezed brakes

Post by G60michael »

Hi all, got the diff from neils SWB G60, to put into the Ute.

Had one side (passenger) turning, it was hard, but some driving will free it up, managed to get the other side (drivers) turning now, pretty good.

Now the problem is the other side i first got moving (passenger) is frozen up and cannot get it moving again, its only stopped moving since i got the other side (drivers) moving

Help needed ASAP, Plan to get diff sorted,

Cheers heaps

What have you tried so far? Have you backed off both adjusters yet? Have you tried removing the brake drum?
Beyond any hope for intervention
