Need an exhaust flange... actually need two!

Howdy All,

I'm in need of a couple of exhaust collector flanges (or someone with the skill to make one from scratch?). Does anyone have one or two that they'd be willing to part with?

As you can see, this one has a slight issue...

I just did a search, and found this set of (2) at Amazon

Check if 3 inches is indeed the correct spacing. Price is $12.33 + shipping.

Doh! Sorry -- The picture really makes it look like the gasket. It's the cast iron flange that slides up on the exhaust pipe and bolts to the bottom of the manifold and squishes the gasket. Here's a better picture...

Has anyone installed the Remflex (8014) 2" 2-Bolt Universal Exhaust Gasket 3” bolt hole spacing that Esteban referenced above?

I know you said you do not have the other missing piece but.....weld it?
Next I would try to mill one. Next have a casting company make a few if not too cra$y.
This is kind of a weak link part and will be needed more and more. Good luck.

Sorry - I did resolve this... on my other thread! Anyway, I cut a new one out of 1/2" plate... Then I bought a plasma cutter!

Keith, I have not bought that gasket, but will probably order one. Today after looking your post, I decided to do the following picture, and compared the two, and they look almost carbon copy. Based on the "on centers" dimensions for the bolts, of 3", I measured the one from Amazon, and the other dimensions are noted below.

The dimensions of the original gasket that I have, were physically measured first, and then following the same procedure as with the picture from the website. Just by the pictures alone, the one from Amazon looks better.

By the way, the Remflex says that it's 1/8" and compress half. The original one that I have is only 1/16" (maybe it's not that original after all, and could be from an aftermarket gasket set)

Your pic of the original looks correct and original Nissan part. I had a few of these and sold/traded them.
They had a metal version exh gasket that fits and might be better Nissan 20691-87800.
