60Patrol

I'm pleased to announce the midnight arrival of Don Julio...with a pic at first light. We were expecting arrival on Thursday, but instead we woke up the neighborhood in grand (noisy) fashion with chains clanging and engines roaring as Don Julio bellowed off of the low-boy at midnight. And now...for the revealing of the contents of the Don Julio box: absolutely NOTHING! I guess someone else had that party.

Many of you have likely seen the photos of this one from the seller's website: http://foxmotorsports.com/index.php?pag ... ils&id=177, and I'll keep you posted as to whether there's much difference between professional photography and reality. Just now getting my hands on it (actually, that's not exactly true...I'm driving a desk for the rest of the week). -dj

Looks like it weathered the trip well- still looks nice and shiny clean.

Really nice looking Patrol. Looks like it may have had a soft top of some sort on it at one time. Looks like snap screw holes on the side right beneath the hard top.

I like the wood panels inside and there is that black engine and oil bath filter.....I have seen this many times and wonder if originally some engines were painted black .....also seen them in gray and it looked stock....does yours look stock black? I made that handcrank!

Mine was originally all black! Engine, Oil filter canister, air filter. I always kept the black in the air filter only.

Woohoo! Congratulations! Can't wait until you get out from behind that desk and tell us how you like your new Patrol. And when you get some time take some pics of the VIN and engine number and we'll update the Patrol Registry.
