My seats came without sliders. They simply bolted the seat to the pivot. I plan to add in a section of tubing to raise the seat up that last 3/4" to match the passenger seat. At the same time I plan to move the seat back every fraction of an inch I can! It's way too close to the seat -- Even my 5'6" tall lovely wife wishes it were further back. My thought is that unless you have really short legs, you'll never want to slide the seat forward anyway!
