Removing a door window frame

Hi all, I'm trying to separate the top part of the door (the frame where the glass winds up into) from the body of door itself. I know there are supports that drop down inside the door and I've undone everything I can but no luck. Is there some trick to it?

Patience, persistence, WD40 and a little bit of prying. One or both of the supports have a tab that likes to get hung up on everything.

Thanks Swerve, that'll give me some hints. If not I'll take the "bigger hammer" option one step further and put a jack in between the top of the frame and the door.

The three doors I've pulled apart came very easily. ( 1968, 1969) I just now counted the number of screws to be removed...seven is the number in mine. Good luck.
