I´m not a mechanic son my knowledge comes from reading and searching, I´m exploration Geologist, but due to the oil crisis I´m resting in home and waiting for the prices to go up again.
I owned my Patrol just for 2 months, is a 1979 with Colombian made hard top, it was in pretty good shape but I wanted to see it as it was in 1979.
Here is a couple of pics when I purchased it and in the proper section I´ll make the post with the restoration process.
I also want to show you two of my Datsuns, still own the 280ZX, the 910 Bluebird SSS was sold the last year.
You're in good company here, there are many members that are Datsun enthusiasts. My first car was also a 280 ZX.
