I have been bullied by a couple coworkers to get one of my Patrols back on the road, so here is my 67 Patrol picked up in Hamilton, MS. This one was running when I picked it up but needed a little work before being dependable.

The day I brought it home:

I have looked on ebay many times and have never seen one. Their are a few Fire Patrols up for sale though? Enough of the thread jacking!

Mdawg how did your Titan do hauling with your Patrol sitting backwards on the trailer. I ask because I bought a Uhaul auto transport a few years ago. Anyway when I brought back one of the Patrols from Canada we loaded it on the trailer backwards. Soren was worried about not having enough tongue weight. It towed just fine with the short wheelbase and this your photo proves it with the front axle of the Patrol over the rear axle of trailer.

It pulled great. The way you have to lock one axle right at the front of the U-Haul trailer would put all the engine weight on the tongue and virtually nothing behind the trailer axle. I wish I could find a nice aluminum car hauler for not a lot of money. I also wish I had a new Titan XD with goose neck trailer built for 2 vehicles.

I have drawn a BLANK looking for a replacement Rochester just like the one that was on it. There is a spring missing and the rebuild kit I bought didn't have that spring in it. After I tried to rebuild it, it didn't run at all. That is why I am looking for a re-manufactured replacement. Anybody have any suggestions. OR recommendations with what you are running. My main concern is throttle linkage compatibility with the stock linkage.

I have been running a Rochester monojet on my 66 for years with no problems. I will get a carb number tommorrow if you want?
