That's pretty nice. I'm a bit surprised though that Nissan didn't use a more correctly equipped Patrol for the museum.

Re: Nissan Heritage Cars Collection - Japan
That is the same one I saw when I went to a Nissan warehouse where a bunch of Nissan vehicles were stored before having the nice facility shown at the link above. That one is not owned by Nissan, or at least wasn't when I saw it in 2009. It also had hub caps on it when I saw it, but not being the Patrol expert, couldn't say if they were original. The lighting makes the color look a little different, but I'm pretty sure it is the same one. Tag location on front, tires, yellow sticker in lower corner of wind shield.
Time was short, as this was a working trip and we were only given a 30 minutes after lunch to get in and look around. The Nissan facilities were they were displayed was sold and had been torn down. They brought all the vehicles back to some warehouse space that was used as a factory many years ago. They were storing them here until a new museum could be built. I was told they had an R34 nur Edition GTR, but couldn't find it. I was looking for it when I spotted the Patrol back in the corner.I haven't been back since.

Here are a couple more pics of it. There were way too many vehicles to look at in the amount of time we had, but I had to get a few pics of this one. We had to get permission to uncover it 1st. Also notice it is LH drive in a RH country.faux40 wrote:I think Miss Em (my lovely wife) would kill someone for this car!mdawg4x4 wrote:

I think that may be Sakura, the first SP212 purchased in the US. The original owner of Togo purchased this vehicle, and had it custom painted Cherry Blossom pink at the factory before it was shipped to the US.
I know that Miksum56 tried to purchase this vehicle and Togo from the owner's estate. When that deal fell through, this Fairlady was purchased by someone who shipped it to Japan.
I'll bet it's the same car. Here is a picture of Togo with the Fairlady in the background:
