He does have a 'make offer' option. The sheet metal looks very solid and rust free (ok, maybe some surface rust) even though some panels are dented up.

Hard to tell in the pics, but is that the tool box under the seat springs?

I was thinking that myself. I didn't see any cancer in the usual spots.
