Floor pans

Really old stuff that got saved. Here are the old Nissan Patrol Club America messages from the 'General' category. Warning, it's dusty in here!

Floor pans

Post by npca-ineedabrew »

I have a 1969 KL60.  The body is in great shape, yet the only parts rusted out are the floor pans.  Previous owner left carpet pieces on the floor, they became saturated and sat for a long time. Long story short, pans are horribly rusted out.  I was going to fabricate some new ones with a mig welder.....but thought I would see if anyone else has had to do the same.  Steel? Aluminum? Diamond plate? Any ideas?   Thanks ahead of time! Jason

Floor pans

I am getting some brand new floor pans, that is right BRAND NEW, for a member of this club. I have already got one set for a Patrol of mine, a 64 ragtop. I can also get a new seat frame with the floor pans that is slightly better because you can lock the tool compartment. I will be ordering these in 2-3 weeks. You can contact me at fuddruckers@earthlink.net. Somewhere I have pictures of these brand new floor pans if you want to see before you buy.
