Need lower driver's side door hinge

I need a lower driver's side (left side if sitting in truck) door hinge for a 1970 MWB Patrol - at a minimum the half that attaches to the body but would like to have both halves. Happy to buy or barter - starting to have some other pieces coming off mine (throttle adjustor, complete axles, gauges . . . ).

I've got a spare complete hinge that you are welcome to.
(It appears upper and lower hinge assemblies are the same)
