What year of truck is it? I don't think the 65 ever had one but could be wrong . I may have a spare one in a box of parts from my 69 parts truck

Thanks Matt, You maybe right. The cable requested would would go to on my 63. I can't see where it was attached originally but it should work. Ron is custom making me the mechanism around the gas peddle but if you have a complete cable and mechanism I would buy the complete mechanism for immediate use in the 65 model as trying to getting Patrolling during hunting season is of prime interest. Why? my 65 model has a GM carb that suffers from stalling at incline which could precipitate from my wife to my life insurance salesman. I simply can't drive it until I have that secondary method for keeping the fuel flowing while i'm working the peddels like a clog dancer!

I am also looking for a choke cable and knob.

Any help would be appreciated. Do you need anything?
