Hi Bill,
I think the one I bought came from the same lot of new old stock. It came from Kuwait, so it took a while to arrive (close to a month), but when it arrived, it was as described, including original packaging. I have a bunch of stuff in my build pile. now i need some time off of work so I can start working on it....
