69 Patrol in Eastern Washington

Hey guys, just spent some well worth it money on a 69 baby Blue Nissan Patrol L60 hardtop in Eastern Washington. I bought it from an older guy out in western Oregon and trailered it home. It's in good shape for the age, an excellent candidate for some resto work, only surface rust and it's all there as far as I can see except very minor parts (i.e. the windshield vent lever on drivers side, one taillight, and that's it!.... and it's a solid runner.... I'll upload photos at some point soon from my phone. Good to be on here for the info and resources for parts!
Things that need attention right away and questions i have...
Parking brake shoe needs relined (Where would you send it off to do that?)
Carburetor needs a good run through (any solvents you guys like more than others? I.e. seafoam etc...)
Clutch master cylinder leaks a little fluid (anyone do a rebuild or buy a new one?)
