Looks like the work was very well done. Not sure about the 'doors' though, either put the doors on or take them off.

This is the guy I bought the '67 patrol chassis from back in 2016. Maybe that body is from that chassis?

most likely, from the looks of the chassis you bought, the body might have been the only thing he kept.
