With modifications, yes. And it is probably your easiest option, since the original master cylinder is unavailable. The original system was a single circuit, the listing is a dual circuit. You will need to run some new brake line to split front to rear, and as I recall might need a proportioning valve. There are discussions here regarding this, a search will bring up several.

A couple of members have installed a Wilwood master cylinder. I saved the reference just in case.

In both cases you have to modify the lines like RiverPatrol mentioned, but the Wilwood has standard threads for the lines instead of metric, so one less problem.

If you search "Wilwood" here you'll find some additional notes.
